Our office hours are 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday.  Of course we use email, or call us at (402) 330-4100 or (800) 825-4867 or fax us at (402) 330-4103 to let us know pertinent details about the patient you are referring, or any specific treatment plans or objectives you are considering.  We can accommodate most treatment plans. 

Let us know if you want us to call the patient to make the initial appointment.
