Dental insurance can be very helpful, but each plan is different and has it's own idiosyncrasies.  Almost every plan has a pre-determination requirement, a deductible, a co-pay and annual limits.  Some plans pay for bridges but not implants, or pay for only two cleanings each year... and successful treatment of periodontitis requires four annual maintenance visits.  

Most of these problems can be resolved by finding out just what your insurance does (and does not) do for you before we proceed very far with treatment.  We do this every day, and frequently we are familiar with your companies plan. 

We can be very helpful in pre-determining your insurance benefits and estimating the additional costs.  We also communicate with your general dentist so they can do the same. Our office is fully compliant with HIPAA federal requirements.  You may read about the privacy rules we abide by here.
